1. Registration
To order from Green Hands, you may register/ sign-up with us or you may either directly order. However, we encourage everyone to sign-up and create an account so that you don’t have to provide your contact details each time you place your order. Please note that, this is not a credit account; payment will be required upon delivery of goods. We request everyone to provide your valid/ correct and complete details whine signing up or placing an order directly without signing-up.
2. Password and security
When you sign-up/ register to use the website you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately. We would also suggest that you also change your password immediately through my account section of the website.
If Green Hands team suspects that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Green Hands website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend or cancel your account.
3. Source and Quality of Products
Green Hands assures that sources of products are clearly mentioned in the product description. However, we don’t claim/ assure that all the products especially vegetables and farm products are 100% organic. The product goes through a series of processes like grading and screening before it is delivered. We make sure that the products delivered are fresh and up to standard. In case the products delivered are found inferior in quality delivery, you may return the product or ask for a replacement.
4. Payment
Payment can be done while placing an order through bank transfer or payment can be made on delivery through cash or bank transfer.
6. Return on delivery
It is one of our primary objectives to supply best quality products and eliminate return on delivery/ purchase. If the product supplied to you doesn’t meet your expectation you may either return the product or get refund, however, it should be done prior to delivery of the product.
7. Cancellation of Order
We allow our customers to cancel their order before the package has been processed for shipping (Within 30 minutes after receiving the order).
